3 - 7: Sweet Dough

The remaining hopefuls try to prove that they know their way around sweet dough. They start by cooking signature buns from their home regions. Paul then unveils the latest technical challenge which is re-creating his recipe for jam doughnuts. The Showstopper task sees them having to bake an enriched dough loaf fit for a grand celebration.
