3 - 6: Puddings

The pressure starts to mount as the contestants' pudding-making skills are put to the task. Their first sees them having to create a pair of sponge dishes, before Mary sets the latest technical challengewhich involves re-creating her recipe for the meringue-topped dessert queen of puddings. They then attempt to get to grips with the intricacies of baking strudel in the showstopper round before one of them is eliminated from the competition.
