1 - 6: Elliot Lake

In the mid-2000s, teenage friends Max and Maggie are closing up their record store for the night. They discuss what movie to watch and decide on Bee Movie. Max expresses excitement about moving to Toronto the next week, but Maggie reveals she is not going. In the present, Maggie and Max are expecting a child and discuss attending a Lamaze class. Maggie confronts Max about spending time with Patrick and Max admits that he likes him. Despite this, they continue to make plans for the baby and their future, but the tension between them grows as they fight about Max's feelings for Patrick.
