Retiring plumber Paul and his partner Mandy have been together for four years, but haven't lived with each other yet. Moving from Surrey, they're looking for their first home together in Sussex. They need a family house big enough for Mandy's teenagers, and to entertain family and friends. While Mandy is keen on the countryside, Paul feels the pull of the coast. For their £600,000 budget, Kirsty Duffy is determined to find them an ideal country property, while David Bull is angling for the coast.
