Tony and Sheila share a mutual love of Norfolk, and after years of visiting together and with family and friends, they are finally taking the plunge and planning a move there, with a budget of £300,000. They just face one problem: Tony wants to live in the country while Sheila's heart is by the coast. They are joined by presenter and countryside enthusiast Sara Damergi who is keen to appeal to Sheila's love for characterful and cosy cottage, while coastal expert Kerr Drummond hopes to lure Tony towards the coast with houses that have a period seaside charm.
