Helen welcomes the new Friesian cows to Heston, hoping an increased milk yield will be good for business but can she convince Richard?Siegfried's on a mission to improve the practice though not everyone is sure he's on the right track, including grumpy Dales farmers Mr Hollins and Grandad Hollins who need help with their sow, Harriet, but don't look kindly on anything ‘new'.Siegfried's Dorothy-induced good mood provides a fun opportunity for Tristan.Mrs Hall, Mrs Pumphrey and Maggie meet at the Women's Institute (WI) to discuss how to support the locals and Mrs Hall has an idea. Meanwhile, Tricki needs some help from Uncle Herriot.
