Shellfish are now a mainstay of the catch on the Yorkshire coast, with conservationists ensuring that the lobster population remains buoyant by breeding and releasing them from a purpose-built hatchery in Whitby. Plus, a new recruit joins the team running the historic tramway in Saltburn, and an ambitious couple launch the first wine grown in their Robin Hood's Bay vineyard.
