In this episode Michelin-starred chef Frances Atkins has her eye on the prize as she puts four home cooks through a series of culinary challenges, including how to make the perfect salad dressing. Frances will be judged by triple Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann in the final, so her professional pride is at stake. But which home cook will she choose?
