1 - 2: The Rules

A flashback reveals Max and Maggie's high school years working together at a record store discussing their escap plans from this town they live in. Dorothy arrives drunk asking for money that Max gives her out of their "Toronto fund". Back to present day, Max and Maggie come up with some ground rules for their charade while The Divine continuously pops up trying to throw Max off. Just as everything is set in stone, Dorothy introduces them all to Patrick, a Lamaze instructor who invites them to join his class.
