Real-life adventures of St. Louis soul-food restaurateur Robbie Montgomery, a onetime Ike and Tina Turner backup singer. As the series begins, Miss Robbie and her business partner (and son), Tim, are preparing to open their third Sweetie Pie's eatery. Meanwhile, Tim and his girlfriend, Janae, are preparing for both their wedding and the birth of their first child. And Robbie, who's 71 and single, is still looking for love.
