Scott has to deal with a predatory female employer, a split from his girlfriend as well as a desperate life-or-death need for cash to pay off Joey's gambling debts. He ends up agreeing to help a terminally ill old man across the hall with his suicide. Cozzo's prying wife Debbie is a police officer and he decides if he's going to take the risk and become involved then they should turn assisted suicide into a business.
