Valerie Bertinelli's friend, actress Melissa Peterman, enlists Valerie's help in preparing a feast for her husband John's birthday. They make Sauteed Scallops in Compound Lemon Butter, Olive and Rosemary Focaccia and Misticanza Salad with homemade dressing, all served with Val's Classic Negroni cocktail.
