12 - 2: Gratitude to First Responders

Valerie Bertinelli is sending a picnic home with her friend Jo to share with Jo's firefighter nephew and his wife, a nurse. The couple has been working hard to keep their community safe and healthy, and Valerie wants them to enjoy a well-deserved meal at home together. She makes Smoked Turkey Sandwiches with Calabrian Chili Aioli and Roasted Red Peppers, Homemade Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips, Blistered Shishito Peppers with Spicy Lemon Dipping Sauce, Refreshing Citrus-ade and S'mores Bars for dessert.
