6 - 1: Taterhead Is Our Love Child

Charlie runs into an ex-girlfriend, Crissy (Rena Sofer), who has a son named Chuck, who looks, dresses and acts disturbingly like Charlie. Alan takes great pleasure making fun of the situation. Charlie learns that woman can get pregnant even if a man wears a condom during intercourse, and thinking that Chuck is his son, he promises to send Crissy a check every month to go towards Chuck. It is later revealed that Chuck is actually someone else's son. Title quotation from: Charlie, to Alan, sarcastically stating that Jake could be their son.
