Timber Creek Lodge opens for business as the staff tries to find the balance between service and entertaining their first guests. Jamie attempts to navigate through Katy's hands-off leadership style. Mark and Jenna spark up a not-so-secret romance. The VIP Mountain Hosts show the guests the time of their lives, but their obsession with keeping the guests happy obstructs their professionalism and puts the future of the lodge in jeopardy.
