Thelma's Gypsy Girls: Season 1, Episode 3

The pressure of trying to get her 10 trainees up to speed takes its toll on Thelma and she is forced to take time off work. Her absence results in chaos at the factory as staff take their frustrations out on one another before a lie that could destroy the scheme is revealed. Thelma ends up realising just how badly educated some of the girls are and she hires a tutor to help them with basic literacy and numeracy.
