Dermot returns with the results of this week's viewer vote. Bon Jovi and JLS both perform live on stage. Lloyd and Rachel learn that they have the fewest amount of public votes and have to perform again in the final showdown. When the judges are unable to reach a decision it goes to deadlock and Rachel learns she is going home.
