Jeff Goldblum sets out to investigate the high-stakes, multi-billion-dollar SNEAKERS industry. Jeff's journey spans the basketball court to the boardroom as he sets out to explore what was once simple foot protection and has now transformed into an expansive, fascinating phenomenon. He witnesses everything from deals being made at the country's largest sneaker convention, to the high-tech Adidas' labs to a game of celebrity street ball. Nobody is a bigger "sneakerhead" than custom sneaker-maker Dominic Ciambrone, also known as "The Shoe Surgeon," and as Goldblum awaits his designer shoes, he discovers just how powerful anticipation can be, especially when he meets YouTube ‘unboxing' superstar Jacques Slade.
