Aiden and Freya Hoynes are the golden couple of British politics but he ends up resigning from cabinet followed a failed leadership bid stopped by his best friend Bruce Babbish. In the cabinet reshuffle Freya is named in the Cabinet, while Aiden returns to the back benches and a life of obscurity. Freya finds herself being forced to choose between her own career ambitions and supporting her husband in public.
