Alex Polizzi visits Breaks Fold Farm in the Yorkshire Dales, where she advises owners Richard and Louise about the best way to update their camping site. Alex tries to persuade the couple that they must move with the times and add luxury touches to their offerings to compete in a crowded market- and crucially to allow them to increase their prices and therefore their profit margin.
