At the beginning of this week's episode, a huge twist is revealed by Dwayne Johnson. Then in this week’s Team Challenge, contestants take death-defying leaps off a building and climb 40 stories up an abandoned elevator shaft. Someone must attempt a daunting open-water swim through the ocean in the Hero Challenge. No one is safe. In the War Room, Dwayne asks the heroes to find their warrior spirit for the toughest challenge yet. And Charles makes a stirring plea.
