The five remaining contestants need to deal with unconventional flours and unusual desserts, starting by baking a signature loaf using non-traditional wheat flours. In this week's technical challenge they have to each create a gluten-free dacquoise before making dairy-free novelty vegetable cakes in the showstopper round.
