4 - 5: Biscuits and Traybakes

The remaining contestants are assessed how they deal with preparing biscuits and traybakes. The signature challenge throws up a variety of bakewells, banoffees and brownies, whilst creating French classic tuiles are the technical test. They then have to construct `biscuit towers' before there is another elimination.
