4 - 3: Desserts

The eleven remaining hopefuls have their dessert-making skills judged. They first have to create a signature trifle combining biscuit, cake, jelly or custard in distinct layers. The technical challenge sees them having to create floating islands of meringues on creme anglaise, and then they must prepare 24 petits fours for the showstopper. At the end of the show there is another elimination.
