3 - 10: The Final

The three finalists need to prove they have what it takes as face their most demanding challenges yet. Over two days, they have to create a perfect pithivier, or puff-pastry pie, before making fondant fancies and their last showstopper features the notoriously difficult chiffon sponge. The judges then have to decide who will be crowned this year's winner.
