6 - 10: Stepping Up / Foul Shot

In Detroit an young man with a new job is playing basketball in the neighborhood he hangs out in when he gets into a fight with some young men who hang out in a house right across the street from the court. The dead man breaks away from the fight and runs up on a porch and in tussle he's shot in the head. In another case a young man is shot outside a club in Dallas. The victim was apparently helping another man who was being robbed when he was shot. There are lots of witnesses but no one will talk. They all afraid to cooperate.
