Miss Dimsdale: Vicky, Timmy's Mom and surprisingly Timmy's Dad try out for the "Miss Dimsdale" beauty contest. The prize? Being the Dimsdale mayor for a day. Mind Over Magic: Timmy wishes mind reading abilities to prepare himself for the sudden Crocker quizzes. Unfortunately, Crocker finds this out and tries to use it against Timmy creating a fake party.
