In London, Tom and Henry visit The Kitchen @ Tower, challenging the management team their to come up with some new dishes, they help them come up with a burger called the beefeater; a warming pea soup, served in a hollowed-out bread bowl and topped with smoked eel; and lastly, a truly regal dish called queenies, gluten-free chestnut biscuits served with a rich marmalade and gooey meringue topping. The three dishes are then put to the test with the public, who eventually decide what will stay on the new restaurant menu.
