Adrian follow the return of the Calendar Girls to Grassington as the Grassington Players put on a world premiere performance of the play where the story first started. He also meets Stephen Akrigg, goat farmer and cheese maker from Carleton, who has plans to increase the size of his herd and his business over the course of the summer.
