Dudley Do-Wrong: After Dudley mistakes the mayor for the Chameleon and beats him up, the real mayor shuts down T.U.F.F. The Chameleon replaces the mayor and decides to destroy the T.U.F.F. agency. Puppy Unplugged: Bird Brain cuts the world's electricity stopping Dudley from entering his high score into his video game.
