They're determined to be by the beach - but finding a sea view on a modest budget of €80,000 will require every ounce of estate agent Shaun Garner's skills. Away from the sales action, Linda Rodriguez decides to surprise the rest of the Rodriguez clan by commissioning a family portrait for the office.
