But there's one deal-breaker - it has to be on the beach. And with a budget of €120,000, that proves to be a tough ask. In Alicante, Damon's clients are childhood sweethearts Lana and Pete from Edinburgh, who are looking for a winter bolthole to suit them, their grandchildren and their precious pup Charlie... all for a budget of €100,000.
