In South Wales, Vogue Williams and Luke Mabbott help couple Pete and Lu, who are at the end of their tether after living in a building site with their two young children for 18 months. Over budget and feeling burned following a bad experience hiring builders, Pete wants to complete their new kitchen diner and kids' play area by doing most of the work himself. But with limited experience, progress could be slow, leaving the family with a temporary kitchen and no running water downstairs for even longer.
