Young chef Matthew was 18 when doctors discovered a deadly melanoma on the back of his neck. Seven years later, an investigation has revealed a possible spread to his brain. Also, 23-year-old Sharon has been totally blind since she was five, the result of a number of health problems that have also caused the loss of one kidney.
