Rick pays a visit to Mumbai looking for the bombil, the fish used in Bombay duck, and he also enjoys Parsee hospitality and finds out about their contribution to Indian cuisine. Rick then travels south to Pondicherry, where locals make some Indian dishes with a French twist.
