2 - 4: County Fare

Chef Robert launches a sneak attack on a neighborhood diner called County Fare in Stafford, Virginia and gets a surprise of his own at what he discovers. With a budget of $10,000 and a work schedule of 2 days, Robert and his crew have their work cut out for them to help the owners tackle issues that include a lack of signature dishes and décor, inedible dishes, and overall cleanliness. Despite running into a few bumps in the road during the renovation, County Fare had a successful grand reopening.
