When Juliet goes undercover in a sorority, she enlists Shawn and Gus to investigate strange goings-on that seem to be related to the ghost of a woman who committed suicide in 1987 by jumping off the window ledge of her hospital room. Lassiter is temporarily reassigned to work with the brash and abrasive Detective Goochberg (Mercedes Ruehl).
