1 - 3: Victorian Dream House (Stefan & Owen)

Stefan and Owen dream of finding a gracious Victorian home with high ceilings, hardwood floors and a big backyard, and until they do, they’re crashing at a friend’s place. They say the arrangement is temporary, but with their property expectations way out of step with their budget, they may be living there permanently. Enter Property Brothers Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott. They promise to help the couple find exactly what they’re looking for, but first they have to convince them to tap into the potential of a fixer upper. Owen loves the idea but Stefan isn’t convinced, so the first challenge is making sure they’re on the same page. When they finally settle on a property, they immediately move into the basement and vow to pitch in to keep the renovations on track and on budget. That is, until Stefan books them a two-week trip to Barcelona leaving Jonathan in charge of all the design decisions.
