Cassie and TJ successfully locate Tommy, his life in mortal peril, but they find the task of rescuing the Ranger's leader difficult. Meanwhile, Divatox unleashes Flamemite on the city, forcing the other Turbo Rangers into action, but time is not their ally, an hourglass has begun it's slow countdown, a countdown that must end in an event that will change the foundation of the Rangers forever
