When Jonah watches a charismatic man throw his dog up in the air, whilst walking his own dog Floppy, his entire life changes. He meets a girl called Jessica and begins throwing his own dog. However when a journalist runs a story exposing the dog throwers suggesting they are abusing their animals, the public soon turns.
