A Los Angeles couple is accused of stomping around their apartment by their downstairs neighbors who demand that they tiptoe instead. A base jumper gets his parachute twisted and gives new meaning to the term "dropping in on a neighbor", and in Nebraska, neighbors swim for their lives after their elevator foods following a hurricane.
