After beating cancer, Adele wants to live life to the full and find a guy who feels the same. Adele is keen to grab 'life by the balls' and is baring all to find her perfect partner. Next up is 22-year-old Jack, from Manchester. After a dramatic four-stone body transformation, from fat to fit, Jack wants to show off his new body and attract the one for him.
