Staci is a 26 year old single mom living with her parents. She and her 20-month old son need a place of their own. Her parents have agreed to help her buy her first house, but she adamantly wants to live in a country setting, while they very much want her near them in the city. All have strong opinions as to where and what type of house would be best, as they look at three different properties.
