On Teddy's birthday, Mr. Bean decides to invite his girlfriend Irma Gobb to Teddy's birthday party at night. However, Irma becomes unhappy and uncomfortable at the party due to Bean's unfair play. When it is 9:00, Bean shows Irma a fireworks display and she feels better.
