This match pits Swansea's Italian manager Francesco Guidolin against compatriot Antonio Conte, who took over as Chelsea boss after guiding Italy to the quarter-finals of Euro 2016. Conte has recruited players such as N'Golo Kante and Michy Batshuayi as he looks to strengthen a Chelsea side which finished a lowly 10th last season. The Swans won this fixture 1-0 last term thanks to a volley from Gylfi Sigurdsson, the Icelandic midfielder, earning the Welsh side their first league win against the Blues since 1981.
