Larissa was born without any ears due to a condition called Treacher Collins syndrome. The screw that has been holding her prosthetic ear in place has fallen out and she needs an operation to replace it. Sue is a cancer patient whose ear has been removed and she is hoping to get a prosthetic replacement.
