7 - 8: Safely at Home

Joe and Linh bought their suburban home for its excellent backyard view and modern layout. But with twin boys now in the picture, the couple reevaluates the safety and space of their home. A busy road, lack of a play room, and a high level deck has forced this family to seek a solution. With Joe seeing positive quick fixes, designer Hilary must convince Linh to stay, while Realtor David begins the search for a safer and bigger option to show Joe that moving is the way to go. Will David persuay Joe to list it or will Hilary make Linh fall in love with the home once more?
