7 - 2: Builder's Plan Predicament

Desmond and Alice's dreams came true when they bought the builder's plans of their three story, 1700 square foot centrally located home ten years ago. However, with three boys now in the picture, they've outgrown the space and it's too tight. Alice, a lawyer, and Desmond, a relator, have strong and colliding opinions on the future of their family home. Realtor David and Designer Hillary help this conflicted couple try to find the middle ground. Will Desmond agree to Alice' s wishes on reconfiguring the space or will Alice agree with Desmond to move on? Will they love it or list?
