6 - 3: Ready for Retirement

Ten years after buying their home, Dan and Rich are left with an empty nest and a desire to retire. But in order to enjoy their retirement, they are determined to have a more entertainment-friendly home. Lucky for them, help is arriving in the form of designer Hilary and Realtor David. Designer Hilary and her team will be coming up with design plans and completing renovations aimed at convincing both homeowners to love this house again. Realtor David knows it's time for this couple to list and by showing what other homes have to offer, hopes to prove they can both find true happiness in a new house. What will Rich and Dan decided? Will they love it or list it?
