5 - 1: City Space

Two years ago, Rebecca and Sean made a decision to have an active city lifestyle, even if they had to give up the space they were used to. The charm of their 75 year old house had the family in love, but the downsize has the couple wondering if they made the right choice. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are ready to help. David will look for houses to fit their family and Hilary will renovate their home to convince them to love it again. In the end, Rebecca and Sean will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It Or List It?
